At QUO Milano, the people are at the heart of everything we do. It’s what makes us who we are. We care passionately about each and every one of our team members, guests, students, clients from the bar and coworking. That's why we’ve put a number of measures in place in all of our spaces, from our rooms and communal areas to coworking spaces, play areas and the bar to ensure you can spread out and stay safe while still enjoying the vibrant QUO experience.

SAFETY & HYGIENE
MEASURES

We’ve improved, intensified, and increased the cleaning of all surfaces in our hostel, coworking space and bar areas, which are deterged and disinfected with special products approved by health authorities.

Hand cleansers are placed throughout the communal spaces of the hostel, in the kitchen, all bar areas and inside each private room and dorm. Face masks are available at the front desk upon request and are strongly recommended in our internal areas.

All of our staff are required to wear face masks and have been trained in workplace health and safety, including how to handle guests reporting COVID-19 symptoms, and how to apply measures in order to prevent any spread.

REQUIREMENTS FROM THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT

The most up-to-date travel information about Italy can be found on the government's web pages below:

- Ministry of Health

- Italia.it (ENIT - Italian National Tourist Board)

The Italian government has introduced a classification of regions based on white (minimum risk), yellow, orange and red (maximum risk) colour codes. Lombardy (the region where Milan is located) is considered currently a WHITE zone.

According to the current regulations, staying in accommodation facilities requires possession of the Super Green Pass (complete vaccination cycle or covid-19 recovery). Therefore, upon your arrival, we're required to ask you for your Super Green Pass or Vaccination Certificate.

For more information on what's allowed or not in Lombardy Region due to COVID-19, please, check the website Italia.it
